What is Organizational Consulting?

Organizational consulting is a professional service where the consultant serves as an unbiased expert about various aspects of business improvements. The role of an organizational consultant is to assess a particular area of organizational wellness and provide an action plan for change. Organizations may call upon a consultant to solve a specific problem, provide training, or assist with change management within the organization. In all cases, the organizational consultant will help to identify strengths within the company and uncover weaknesses that may hinder the performance of the organization.

What is Organizational Psychology?

According to the American Psychological Association, Organizational Psychology (or Industrial/Organizational psychology) is “characterized by the scientific study of human behavior in organizations and the workplace.”
